The notes, essays or review articles submitted to Perspectives on Federalism will undergo rigorous peer review. Authors will receive a feedback in a reasonable time, usually about a month. 

The members of the Editorial Board of Perspectives on Federalism thank all contributors for sending their papers and for authorizing its evaluation concerning the possibility of publication on the e-journal. 

The analysis system is the double blind review: the reviewers do not know who wrote the paper and vice versa.
